Lest you think that all we did in France was gad about the countryside, some time was spent at the hearth tending the fire. This proved to be an interesting exercise as all the Y chromosomes in the group had to be involved. Jim (aka gPops) proved himself most adept and a valuable contributor in the area of fire-building (plus, we got to see him on his knees!)
